After the terrorist attacks of 9/11 the distinguished governor McGreevey of New Jersey decided to appoint a homeland security czar for the state. He picked Cipal Golan, an Israeli citizen to fill this post.
It was a complete mystery to the press and many others as to why he would pick Cipal since he did not have the training for the position, was relatively young for the position, and was not even an American citizen.
A lot of controversy developed at this appointment and Cipal Golan soon resigned. Unknown to most was the fact that Cipal Golan was McGreevey’s lover (although Cipal denies this. It was sexual harassment [wink, wink].).
The governor of New Jersey was going to give this good paying important state job to his lover. I guess he wanted to keep the ass close by (not to mention the rusty ‘cock and balls’).
If there was a terrorist attack who knows when the next time a piece of ass would be in the vicinity so to have the security czar close by for a quick and secure ‘bang’ is a good thing (I guess the governor thought).
What powers Cipal Golan has! What magic potion does this man possess? How sweet is that ass that a governor can risk all for (echo) the Jewish booty of Cipal.
Now the people of New Jersey get it. They now know why this foolish appointment occurred and it’s funny.

I think the people of New Jersey should demand to see Golan’s ass and other ‘implements’. They need to know what they were paying for. Safety and security demands that we know all that one needs to know to be secure.
